Valley Oasis Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program
The Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program (TBRA) program is set to begin on Tuesday, August 2nd providing rental assistance payments for up to 1 year to current City of Palmdale qualified residents that are extremely-low income seniors, (62 or older) experiencing a housing cost burden, or severe housing cost burden. As of 5pm on August 4th the waiting list is closed until further notice.
