- All participants must have completed a Release of Liability BEFORE participating at the event. (Minors must have a Release of Liability signed by a parent or guardian.)
- Participants must wear closed toe shoes or boots and are reminded to dress appropriately for extreme weather conditions.
- All participants must sign in before reporting to their assigned display.
