The Board of Library Trustees meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 38300 Sierra Highway, Suite B, Palmdale, California.

Library Trustees are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council. Board members serve a 3-year term.

Offices of President and President Pro Tem are determined by the Board of Library Trustees at their regular meeting in July each year.
