Vendor Applications

• Select the "type" of vendor you are from the list below and print the application.
• Make sure that all appropriate areas of the application are completed. Applications that do not have all the necessary information will not be accepted.
• Applicants MUST include a check or money order for required fees, if any, when submitting the application for approval.
• Sign and date the application.
• Keep the General Information pages for your records.
• Keep a copy of your completed application for your records.
• The Palmdale Fall Festival does not sell commercial booth space. Commercial businesses are permitted booth space with a sponsorship. For sponsorship information, visit (sponsorship information link)
