NORMAN BROWN
Guitarist, singer, and songwriter Norman Brown continues his Grammy® winning ways on Stay With Me, his very first album for the Peak Records label. This breezy, warm collection of ten original tunes offers a heaping helping of what the smoothly inventive guitar technician is known for: Tasty grooves, ear-caressing melodies, and delicious contemporary guitar licks that manage to evoke the spirit of the classic jazz guitar giants who first inspired him.

EUGE GROOVE
Born 2 Groove, the title of Euge Groove’s new Narada Jazz recording and his fifth release in seven years, is more than simply a clever twist on the popular saxophonist’s funky stage name. True to the soulful, uplifting spirit of the collection—his first ever recorded in High Definition Audio—it reflects Euge’s belief that everyone comes into this world with unique abilities and special gifts. “If we are fortunate enough to have great people around encouraging us,” he says, “those natural abilities can be nurtured along.”

RICHARD SMITH
As a world renowned solo artist, composer and arranger, Richard Smith has earned such accolades as a nomination for best jazz album of the year (Ad Lib Magazine, 1989), best new artist (Radio and Records Magazine, 1990) and three Top 5 Jazz albums. His specialty is in contemporary jazz, studio guitar techniques, music technology and commercial music.

BRIAN SIMPSON

Focusing once again on compelling acoustic piano melodies, bright jazz improvisations and spirited funk grooves, Simpson keeps the extraordinary momentum hopping — and, true to the moniker he chose for the album, soaring — with Above The Clouds.
