Each summer, the City of Palmdale hosts the Starlight Concert Series on Saturday evenings at the Palmdale Amphitheater at Marie Kerr Park. An estimated 25,000 people enjoyed the 2011 series, which featured first-class performances by EVOLUTION, AMERICA, SOUNDS OF THE SUPREMES, THE RISING and GARTH GUY LIVE! The line-up for next year's Starlight Concert Series will be announced in April 2012. The City of Palmdale gratefully acknowledges the support of the following businesses, whose generous sponsorships helped to make the 2011 Starlight Concert Series possible:

Special thanks to Waste Management, who sponsored the "Recycling Rocks" contest at each concert. One lucky person caught disposing of trash in the correct container won a solar powered backpack valued at $125, courtesy of Waste Management.
