- How do I report an abandoned vehicle or parking violation?
You may call 267-5436 and report your information, or you may send an email to
Parking@cityofpalmdale.org. Please make sure you give us the specific location, a description of the vehicle, and the license plate number. Please describe the problem in detail.
- How do I obtain a city tow release?
A city tow release is required for all vehicles stored or impounded within the city limits of Palmdale. Releases are issued to the registered owner of the vehicle in person at our office at 827 E Avenue Q9. Please have either your valid California ID card, valid California drivers license, or valid US government issued identification. We'll also need the current registration card for the vehicle or the title showing a current registration date. The release is $93.00, and can be paid in cash, Visa, or MasterCard. If the city offices are closed, you may obtain a release at the Palmdale Sheriff's Station, located at 750 E. Avenue Q.
- How do I pay a parking or administrative citation?
You may pay citations within 21 days of the date of issue for parking citations or 20 days of the date of issue for administrative citations by mailing a check or money order in the amount of the fine to: City of Palmdale, PO Box 900608, Palmdale, CA 93590; please include the citation number. You may also bring your payment in to 827 E. Avenue Q9, Monday - Thursday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Payments may be made in the office with cash, check, money order, Visa or MasterCard.
