The City of Palmdale gathers e-mail addresses from all potential bidders viewing NIBs and RFPs for individual projects in order to compile an informal plan holders list for viewing by City staff. E-mail addresses gathered in this manner will be used to contact potential bidders regarding the relevant project, and will also be used to develop distribution lists for future e-mail notifications of upcoming projects. This information will only be shared with other contractors on the list.
