Palmdale Senior Center & Park

A new + 15,000 square foot senior center, located south of Avenue Q-9 and adjacent to 10th Street East, will be under construction in the spring 2008 with completion anticipated in March 2009. The $6 million dollar facility will facilitate the seniors with different activities in the Auditorium, Nutrition area, Pool Room and Breakout Rooms. A 2.5-acre park area will serve as a connector for all senior housing buildings and the Senior Center by circulating throughout the site and is located between 9th Street East and 10th Street East. The park is anticipated to be under construction in the late fall of 2008 with completion in April 2009.
