Palmdale Economic Opportunities Program
Per Ordinance No. 1334, Palmdale Economic Opportunities Program, adopted November 7, 2007, the Palmdale Economic Opportunities Program (PEOP) applies to all City contracts exceeding $50,000 for services, repairs, maintenance, and construction of public works or improvements. All direct subcontractor agreements (1st tier) with Bidders subject to the PEOP, which will exceed ½ of 1% of the value of the contract, are also subject to the PEOP.
