Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program
The department of public works administers the DBE program for the City. The main goal of the outreach program is to distribute useful information in a timely manner and to keep the public informed about the City's contracting activities.
The following materials are available to interested businesses:
- 90-Day Bid List (projects that are anticipated to go out to bid)
- 10-Year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP)
