Volunteer Opportunities
Opportunity Abounds in the City of Palmdale!
Though we've long appreciated and benefited from the talents and knowledge of our citizens, we're seeking to expand our opportunities to partner with our residents. No special skills are necessary, just the desire to contribute to this great community. Volunteers are needed in long running programs like SAVES, Families in Action and our award winning Palmdale Playhouse, as well as newer programs such as the Literacy Program. Love aviation? Why not volunteer at the Joe Davies Heritage Airpark and help preserve our valued aviation history. Not sure yet?
Partners for a Better Palmdale is an exciting initiative aimed at improving public safety and strengthening community value that will develop a variety of community based programs for families and youth and we can't do it without you!
The list below is just an idea of the areas you can volunteer in. Let's talk!

Volunteering can be an exciting, growing, enjoyable experience. It is truly gratifying to serve a cause, practice one's ideals, work with people, solve problems, see benefits, and know one had a hand in them.
