Public Records Request

To request public records, please print a hard copy of the appropriate form below. Submit the completed form to the Office of the City Clerk in person, by mail to:

The office is open Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 5:30 pm and on alternating Fridays from 8 am to 4:30 pm (excluding major holidays). The office is closed from noon to 1 pm.
