You may also download an application at cityofpalmdale.org/BLApp. Scan and email your completed form to palmdale@HdLGov.com. All mailings of renewals are payable to the City of Palmdale and mailed to:

Payment is not required until your application has been approved. You will receive an email verifying the receipt of your application. Additional information may be required. After the license fees are paid, a business account number will be issued. A business license will be mailed or emailed to you once the process is completed. Upon receipt of your business license, the City of Palmdale municipal code requires it be posted in a conspicuous place at your place of business.

Assembly Bill 3002 went into effect on January 1, 2019, which provides information regarding disability access requirements and resources to business owners.

Senate Bill 1186 (Steinberg, Disability Access)
On January 1, 2013, Government Code Section 4467 became effective, establishing the Disability Access and Education Revolving Fund and adding a state fee of $1 to all new local business licenses or renewals.
Beginning January 1, 2018, the State mandated $1 fee for accessibility training increased to $4.
