Industrial Development Bonds

Low-interest financing is available through tax-exempt industrial development revenue bonds (IDB). Eligible IDB industrial activities include assembly, fabrication, manufacturing, and processing. The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) has consultants with expertise in finance, general business management, marketing, and operations. They are available to meet with local businesses by appointment in Palmdale. SBDC is administered by College of the Canyons for North L.A. County.
