The Audit Committee is making every effort to follow the spirit and intent of the Brown Act and other applicable laws regulating the conduct of public meetings in order to maximize transparency and public access.
The Audit Committee is made up of two City Councilmembers, Interim City Manager, Director of Finance and one member of the public. They serve a two-year term, do not receive compensation, and are not eligible for reimbursement.
