The Audit Committee facilitates communication between the City Council, management and auditors to promote financial transparency.

Meetings

Meetings are held each year in spring and fall. They are held in the Council Chamber, 38300 Sierra Highway, Suite B.

Public Attendance at Meetings

The Development Services Conference Room is open for in-person public comment and seating. Commissioners may choose to participate via conference call.

Public Comments submitted will become part of the official meeting record.

The Audit Committee is making every effort to follow the spirit and intent of the Brown Act and other applicable laws regulating the conduct of public meetings in order to maximize transparency and public access.

The Audit Committee is made up of two City Councilmembers, Interim City Manager, Director of Finance and one member of the public. They serve a two-year term, do not receive compensation, and are not eligible for reimbursement.
