The Palmdale Recycled Water Authority is a partnership between the City of Palmdale and Palmdale Water District (PWD) to use and manage recycled water resources created by Los Angeles County Sanitation District Nos. 14 and 20 for reasonable and beneficial uses.
Meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at 7 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 38300 Sierra Highway, Suite B.
Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are available following approval.

The Palmdale Recycled Water Authority consists of five directors. The Palmdale Water District and Palmdale City Council each appoint two directors who are authorized to act on their behalf on matters within the powers of the Authority. The fifth public member director is appointed jointly by both agencies. They serve one-year renewable terms.
Directors appointed by the City of Palmdale receive no compensation. Directors appointed by Palmdale Water District receive compensation as determined by Palmdale Water District. The fifth public member director is compensated $150 per meeting attended, and receives reimbursement for training expenses.
