Among the activities will be trivia contests for adults and children with prizes. Cupcakes and refreshments will be served.

“This is a way for us to say ‘thank you’ to all our patrons who participate in Library sponsored events, make use of our services, and who believe as we do of the importance of libraries in our communities,” said Palmdale City Library Director Robert Shupe.

The Palmdale City Library is open seven days a week. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 10 am to 8 pm; Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm; and Sunday from 1 to 5 pm.
