City of Palmdale to Unveil New Website
PALMDALE – The City of Palmdale will unveil its newly revamped website, www.CityofPalmdale.org, on Monday, Sept. 30.
The transition from the old site to the new site will begin at 7 a.m. Users may notice that the website may be temporarily unavailable for approximately one hour while the transition is occurring.
The website underwent a complete redesign and reorganization to be more user friendly and more easily accessible. Users will be able to register and personalize their experience by subscribing to features such as email notifications, alerts, and the new, more robust calendars.
The new website is also fully ADA compliant.
“We’re very excited to present this new launch of www.CityofPalmdale.org,” said Director of Administrative Services Anne Ambrose. “We want it to be something that the community will find useful and come back time and time again to get the information they need in a timely and efficient manner.”
“Check it out and let us know what you think,” Ambrose said. “If you notice something that’s not right or not working, please let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.”
